2.Drinking water supply 24/7
3.Electricity supply, lighting and solar energy:
Uninterrupted electricity for 24/7 be provided and roads and
streets should be illuminated properly. Unnecessary wastage and
theft of the current should be avoided. Solar and wind energy can
be harnessed to meet the shortage of electricity. Use of solar
energy for lighting and water heating should be made compulsory
for every house.

I wish to see Hubballi-Dharwad setting as an example as how a smart city should be
with well planned infrastructure, roads, clean water supply, proper drainage & with efficient transparent functioning of various Govt agencies & increasing the green coverage of the city.
As of now none of the above are functioning to our satisfactory levels.
To add to this Rules and legislation are only meant for the people who follow it, whereas the others are exempted from it.

Appreciating the efforts of the government to make hubli-dharwad a smart city I would suggest few points which need utmost importance in this process:--
1. Roads must be repaired
wholly instead of patchworks here and there.
2. Measures to be taken to control
Littering.
3. Measures to be taken to avoid
Traffic jams.
4. Public places to be cleaned frequently and hygiene to be maintained.
5. Public safety to be supervised.

I feel first women protection is important so drones can be made that detect the cry of a women n take action..apart from this even the infrastructure and city plan can be improved and made more facilitative and systematic

What I feel is.... the best way to develop our country is my manufacturing each and every part of a gadget that's been imported must be manufactured in India itself.... to make this happen, we need to find companies that are ready to invest huge amount of funds. Since there is no proper IT company in hubballi and dharwad... there is 100% of chance to improve hubballi dharwad in a huge rate if IT companies will be started.

I am feeling very happy for this..from my point of view the smart city would have better roads for transportation and technically well developed environment... Specially it must be eco friendly.. Plantation should be at first in the preference list..and also degitilization of the city

To make hubli dharwad as a smart city needs some improvements have to be done in transportation and traffic sector. And maintenance of clean and hygiene have to be taken care. Proper guidance should be given to the citizens about the development projects undertaken so that there will a good support and cooperation. And pollution control measures should be taken .
