For a city to be smart, it should have good roads, greenary, cleanliness and hygiene. But in Hubli-Dharwad I don't see any good roads, greenary and cleanliness. So Hubli-Dharwad should focus on these points first and than start to plan of smart city.

If we really want our Hubli dharwad to become a smart city from basic classes everything should be high quality education. Computer program campaign should be conducted in rural areas and each and every people should know the basic knowledge about computers and some of the usefulrequired softwares.and we should get digital libraries too .one more thing thet we should get 24 hours water supply.

I feel that before making digital india project all cities must be wifi enabled cities, so that each n every person is accessible to internet and rural peole must be aware of computer knowledge which is must everyone. Computer program campaign must be conducted in all the rural areas where people have least knowledge about computer. After making digital india as successful project if people are unable to make use of that then its of no use. So i feel that computer knowledge is must.

1.The structures which are to be re-innovated must be done quickly.Because whenever tourists pass by those roads, they really feel worse than any other countries.
2.The smart city and the digital India can only be possible when the network services are improved.Digital India is a dream without good network services and the wi-fi services..
3.The Indians must co operate to any thing that are taken in action by the Government.
4.so there is the need of Good leader in Each city...
