Documentation digitalization at HDMC is primary requirement. If this cannot be done since good number of years of computerization at HDMC, what else will be smart ?
Having provided sufficient documentation over e_mails to HDMC to self assessment property tax matters - if correction cannot be done for months - because e-mails are not read at all. How smartness will come.
Smartness is in attitude, way of working and not a "TAG"

1.All shops should be digitalised.
2.Schools and colleges must be provided with internet facilities with Wifi.
3.All ambulance vehicles should be provided with GPS and maps of their respective areas.

Primarily Stop that Bullshit Gutukha cheats available in the pan shops can't bare the smell n makes the City look Red at every cornor... Provide some space for Bendre Buses so that to avoid traffic in the Service Lanes.....
