The skill development exercise should be undertaken by the skilled workers who are retired or have left the job because with that they will keep themselves updated and they have the better idea about the problems faced during mining and how to overcome them and the Government should ensure that each miner should employ 5-6 or more person (fresh), so that they will be trained and one skilled person should be above them and that person should be paid from Government fund under MNEREGA.

Skill development exercise in Mining sector to be undertaken by private sector only. Because in Govt./public authorities gives skill development training at some selected training centers, where one or two candidates of a unit takes training. But if govt. wants that maximum numbers of employee should taken skill development, then development training should done at unit level with private authorities.

Sankar was illiterate yet with skills. With 3 sons, wife & himself he could pull on till his children were ready to take the mantle. On Sunday he will take Rs.20/- from Abdu which he will get on Wednesday & this continuous process with 2 days gap in between with his other 3 friends made Sankar's life rolling smoothly like a wheel. He was mater in his art.
