Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship is mandated to lay down a roadmap for Skill development and Entrepreneurship in the country. Developing a comprehensive and holistic policy document is an integral part of the process. This requires a fresh look at the already existing National Policy on Skill Development (NPSD), 2009.

The Ministry has been in the process of drafting a National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2015. Preliminary inputs were called for from all concerned Central Ministries/Departments on the work being done in the skill development and entrepreneurship space along with issues/concerns in the sector. The draft National Policy has been developed based on these preliminary inputs and in consultation with various stakeholders during the course of last six months. It is now desired to have wider consultations on the draft policy to develop a cohesive vision and roadmap for skilling India with speed, scale and standards.

A Universal Framework on skill development between GoI, MoEdu, respetive trade bodies of various industries be created and then the skilling credits are made universal standards for all the individuals studying in schools, colleges and universities, doing whatever course. This will make skilling universal and standardised across the country.

Just like govt is promoting corporte to adapt ITIs, my suggestion would be that within the CSR bill, corporate should be encouraged to adapt one school and one higher education institute, and then the performance of these institutions may be rated on a scale. This way quality education will be offered and other vital parameters of skilling will also be promoted.

Private universities, school and coaching centers are well equipped with necessary resources to support digital India, skill India and Entrepreneurship but all that is not even lacking but missing in Government funded school, universities. There is no Electricity, Internet in rural to learn skill from Web and to light up the computer. There is not a single school in complete haryana where computer is taught. How will Skill be developed, Indians will be digital and entrepreneur will emerge.

So many burocrates and Doctors are keep buying so many lands on their name as well as on their relatives names.Such practices should cease immediately. There should be some system to avoid such practices.Similarly is the case for booking the flat and bungalow.

Land registration should be made ON LINE in Bihar to avoid scam/grab of land.Land owner full deatils with photo should be register on line and saved with their cell nos so that if any one want to do false registry message can be send to the individual. Also hard copy of registry paper should be avoided and Registry should be by appointment only to avoid unwanted rust in registrar office.
