Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

Manthan is a plateform to available all opportunity for empowerment of women through promote their innovative idea for entrepreneur.first point is social mindset has to be changed for focus on their traditional art convert into entrepreneur.second economic awareness among women for their new startup .third a proper training given for develop their skill for innovative idea convert into business activity.fourth digital market should be connected to women startup for sell their goods.

First of all we provide empowerment . we should provide safety first , now days people are educated but still in each and every sector physical and mental abuse are there. We have to create environment to feel safe. We have educated people try to make aware of this thing And in every family mother and sisters are there so she have to open up about all topics front of family so he/ she can learn . In company's create one section where women can complaint against any one she get justice without any decrimation because now days some people are there who don't want to work with under Lady boss and also not giving any kind of help and support women entrepreneur are less some kind of innovation fair organisation by government for women and try to all kind of help.

On August 15, 2022, Prof. Ajay Kumar Sood launched the Manthan Platform in India. Manthan aims to build relationships between industry and academia for faster and better solutions to meet India’s national targets and SDGs. It is a digital platform that provides a decentralised and democratised environment for collaborations. Manthan was created by the Strategic Alliances Division of the Office of the PSA in India. The platform allows demand from multiple industries to feed into the academia and start-up ecosystem. Manthan offers an uncomplicated interface and easy navigation for users. It categorizes available opportunities based on SDGs and innovation clusters. The platform contains preliminary information and access to proposals without user registration. Stakeholders can directly communicate with each other, with minimal moderation, reducing bottlenecks. Manthan is expected to foster innovation, collaboration and accelerate growth in India's R&D ecosystem.

Hi, The important stuff towards women to empower is safety, with all the technology and societal education still she is feeling not secured with the society as we are hearing or seeing the news of many physical assaults against her. Collectively we have to overcome this as a primary issue parallel to other aspects with empowering.
