Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

Man is the part of Woman, it is universal truth. Woman - - Man नर - - - नारी She - - He It is proved that without women, the humanity can't exist. Women must be encouraged in all walk of life. Empowerment of women automatically power men. In different roles women always share her potential for the males. As a daughter /sister/wife/mother/sister in law /daughter in law etc. She contributes selflessly for the others.

महिलाओं की सशक्तिकरण की बात करना सूरज को प्रकाश दिखाने जैसा है। जिसमें जन्म देने की शक्ति है उसको क्या सशक्त करेंगे? जरूरत सिर्फ उसकी उपस्थिति को खुले मन से स्वीकारने की है। मंथन में नारी के सशक्तिकरण हेतु सुझाव दिए जा रहे हैं। लेकिन यहां भी सुझाव पुरुष दे रहे हैं। महिलाओं को अपने हित के लिए स्वयं आगे आना होगा तथा एक महिला ही दूसरी महिला को आगे बढ़ा सकती है। मंथन से प्लेटफार्म तो मिल गया अब उसका लाभ उठाने की जिम्मेदारी महिलाओं की है। आगे की बात पीडीएफ फ़ाइल में संलग्न है

Women are natural managers, they will definitely shine in businesses like shines family. They will take care of work force very nicely. Recently many Bihar workmen working in Tamilnadu were dropped out of train since they travelled in reserved coaches. When railways failed to run more trains considering the Holi festival rush, labourers commit this kind of violations, (when system fails ECO system will adopt to it) it is a cascading effect of failures. Another person created turbulences in society using the media, spreading rumours. Created panic situation among the people affecting national integrity (to avoid Tamilnadu? or to earn more from his YouTube channel?). If we have Naari shakthi in the system they are born intelligents, more sensitive when it comes to welfare of the workmen, they will never allow government to sleep or railways to sleep (part of their behavior) they'll make use of AI to assess needs & expectations of the public. Manthan is a way of connencting Women Entrepreneurs and to promote Entrepreneurship among Women. It has played a significant role in bringing change in the society and has installed a self-belief among women that they can start their own "StartUp". Women Entrepreneurs are playing a prominent role in society by generating employment opportunities in the country. It is a great way of showing the world what women are capable of, not only women can show their skills, talent, creativity, business ideas and many more things which in turn will benefit the society. Today's women entrepreneurs are role models for upcoming generation not only for young girls, but also for young boys. Manthan is that path for researchers, innovators, and industry stakeholders through which they can come together, share knowledge, and collaborate on projects that can flourish positive and economic change. Manthan platform is for both rural and urban women. It is a great initiative for our wonder women.

Sir , Empowerment of women is much needed in villages/towns.Milk economy, cattle rearing, cottage industry, vertical farming are the areas where we need to look into.This is only possible by information/knowledge sharing by making night library of all primary schools with solar roof top enabled with wifi facilities. To make society more inclusive and women friendly we need to provide them opportunities rather do spoon feeding to them.Rest depends upon true implementation of policies. Sir.

जब एक महिला घर परिवार को अच्छी तरह से संवार सकती है तो क्यों नहीं वो एक स्टार्ट अप में बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन कर सकती। रूढ़िवादिता त्याग कर महिलाओं को आगे बढ़ाया जाएं।

VIEWS AND SUGGESTIONS Empowering of women should not be at the cost of dis-empowering men. For one to win, it is not necessary that some other has to lose. Let the fittest survive in the midst of rush for survival. Focus on strengthening the foundation of fitness on which capabilities can be nourished to find a natural sustenance.
