Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

THE WOMEN the journey of a plant to the tree ,the journey of a girl to the woman a comparable journey ,which can be seen can never be felt. she is wrapped butterfly wondering to fly. she is a emotional fool ,but never ruined. she is a wondering women, with a powerful pain. she is a Shining star in the cloudy sky in the battlefield... her confidence is a loaded gun, which fires in the crowd... the dangerous thought is her thinking. the dangerous weapon is her silent mind. the dangerous move is her gentle walk. Empowering women is needed bcz according to OUR FOURE FATHER BR AMBEDKAR “I measure the progress of a community by the degree of progress which women have achieved”

जैसा कि , हम जानते हैं महिलाओं को हमारे देश भारत में स सर्वोच्च स्थान दिया जाता है वह अब इस तरह आगे बढ़ रही हैं जिसे समय निरंतर बढ़ते जा रहा हो यह सब महिला सशक्तिकरण के कारण ही संभव हो पाया है और यह लगातार वृद्धि ही कर रहा है। महिलाएं अपने अधिकार के प्रति जागृत हो रही है यह सर्वोच्च उत्तम अनुभव है कि महिलाएं अपने स्वयं पर भरोसा कर रही है, विश्वास क्षमता विकसित कर रही है ।यह स्वयं को ही नहीं अपितु हर क्षेत्र में हर क्षेत्र का वृद्घि कर रही है। इनका प्रयास सराहनीय है । हमें इनका आत्म बल और बढ़ाना चाहिए

Women are very innovative by birth. They are the main pillars of any house/ society and country. Women' should be given encouragement in all sphere of life so that their entrepreneurship and innovative ability can be fully utilised for the growth of the nation. Government should give them loan on minimum interest rates and concession in government levies like GST/ income tax relaxation during their gestation period of startup and industry. It will help them to achieve the required success and confidence to achieve their dreams and financially independent. These subsidies and concession empower them and encourage others to start their business and also help in providing employment to others women.

Scholarship All scholarship should be directly given via (University/ school/ ntss/ stsc/ sje / state/ centre / sc/ st/ obc ) competent authority to the students account till now whenever he study loan/ intrest free grant basic.
