About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

or sir ager app log sach mai hi kuch accha feedback lena cha rahe hai to do na mujh jaisi logo ko mouka ki or mujh jaisi logo ko kya mujhe hi bulao app mujhe ki jab mai bata sakun ki aam log jis portal per vishwas kerke apni baat yaa samasya rakhte hai to unhe apki taraf se kya milna chahiye case closed yaa solutions lekin meri baat bhi wo hi samajh sakta hai jo samasya mai ho naa ki ac mai baith ker ise padne wala

or dusri taraf app log portal per ye bata rahe hai ki humne 90% applications ka niptara ker diya hai to mai samajhta hun ki 80% to bina pade hi closed ker diye honge sabse badi samasya humare desh mai ki gov job pane ke liye to sab puri jaan laga dete hai or jaisi hi mili to kam kerna band ker dete hai kyoki is desh mai peon ki job ke liye bhi graduated log bhi apply ker dete hai lekin politician ke liye koe degree ki jarurt nahi hai bus do chaar court case or jhoot bolna ana chahiye to ban gaye

dear sir mujhe jab se pata chala ki gov ki ye portal hai jisme aap log bhi apni baat upper tak pahuncha sakta hai tab se maini apni samasya se judi kafi applications ki or feedback/ Advice bhi darj ki lekin jayadatar sabhi ko bina kuch jawab diye hi closed ker diya gaya to mai samajhta hun jab waha jo officers jinki nigarani mai ya jo log applications padte hai us per bina kuch action liye hi case closed ker dete hai to is natak ka fayada hi kya hai kripya ho sake to is per jawab dijiye

I request to make compulsion for hospitals and school/ colleges to receive money in digital way, or by check in account. Because now a days hospital and colleges or school making too much money by taking unnecessary amount from people. It needed to control else it will be very difficult to get basic facility of education and medical.

आदरणीय माेदी जी मेरी बेटी की फीस नही भरी गई जाे ११/१२/२०१९ काे तनखा िमलने पर भर दुंगा पर school वाले नही मान रहे bache काे कलास मे नही बैटने देते आज पुरा ि िदन भर रीसपसन पर बैटा कै रखा कलास मे नही जाने िदया अतः आप से िनवेदन है आप मेरी मदद करे school ka naam vidha balbhavn SR school मेरी बेटी का नाम आयुषी िवशवकरमा

Dear Sir We wish to suggest that this portal take huge time. We are unable to see present status of the complaints. One of my complaint pending for 28 days though I had sent reminder also. Reduce Turn around time that is TAT to complete the complain. Update status of complaint on daily basis. As it is very high authority where we hope to get resolve our problem as soon as possible.
