Dear sir, it is seen that only the metro city of assam is getting developed very fast but rest of the small town is going downwards in terms of wastes and garbage. No proper dustbin no proper drainage system ,people are throwing waste materials on the road side or any open land property of someone else. I think the important is to create awareness among the people not to throw here and there it can serious danger to all . A proper committee should be form for timely verification every month .
