About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

History sheet system in police department should be reviewed as it is also generating bribe mentality how peoples are under scanner.they are more vunerable target for any crime done by them or not .they have to face some investigation only on the background of historysheet.

Human right should have both side for public and force as it is a required balance...false use of propagenda only hurts..but right use leads to justice

Land record should be displayed by each gram panchayat for public and notice boards should be placed at importat places in locality...as it is leading to corruption....type of land....agricuture, pastures, unused, total land.disputed land etc

Forces should give platform to feedback system and anomalites with other departments may be reduced as country is facing so much court cases

Corruption is an issue which adversely affects India economy of central, state and local government agencies. Not only has it held the economy back from reaching new heights, but rampant corruption has stunted the country's development.A study conducted by in 2015 recorded that more than 62% of Indians had at some point or another paid a bribe to a public official to get a job done.

'प्र0मं0 आवास योजना' की आड़ में जनप्रतिनिधियों द्वारा गरीबों का आर्थिक शोषण तो किया ही जा रहा है शारीरिक शोषण का भी प्रयास हो रहा है। फर्रुखाबाद (उत्तर प्रदेश) के बढ़पुर ब्लॉक के गांव बाबरपुर निवासी अति गरीब OBC दिव्यांग महिला कविता w/o. धर्मेन्द्र वित्तीय वर्ष २०१५-१६ से तहसील दिवस / सम्पूर्ण समाधान दिवस, DM जनता दर्शन, १०७६-CM Helpline, जनसुनवाई App के माध्यम से लगातार आवास मांग रही है, लेकिन प्रधान, पूर्व प्रधान व प्रधान पुत्र से आर्थिक-शारीरिक शोषण न करवाने के कारण आज तक आवास से वंचित है।

honorable pm, Nation wants a hard law to stop rape cases in india.In past years rape cases increase in india and I feel shame that my state is in third position. so I hope you touch this topic soon.I am waiting for responsible answer.

Public grivence is a short fall of public servants services.The mindset of public servants needs to change with sense of belongingness to the Nation. Identify the areas of public grivence where government mechanism needed and apply effectively. Building Nationalism mindset is highly required for Indians. Once this is done each Indian respect another Indian. Now we are finding Nationalism rarely in the country only during international games and surgical strikes. This should be 24/7. Jai Hind.
