About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

India needs a new infrastructure model and I have model called Spinal (Back-bone of India). This model will serve to free India from reservation and increase job opportunities. Please allow me share few details. 1. All religious bodies shall be given a set of targets every year such as constructing schools, hospitals, retirement homes, nursing homes and etc. I have a dozen of ideas for the betterement mother India. But this column has restriction for character limit. Thank you

In this,we must have a provision of not closing any complaint without resolving it.it must have a provision of satisfaction or not satisfaction.if complainant is not satisfied than it must be transferred to the higher authority so that it may be observed that complaint is correct or not.

Department is very Non accountable of bureaucracy!! They closed the complaint without resolving it and said that when Malout District already replied that "they were adopting swm2016 and Cow Cesar Rule is meeting " then they cannot do anything for this issue. What about complaint we sent to PGRAMS, nothing has been done by the department and they closed it without doing any inspection . Strong action must be taken against the official for not resolving the complaint.

Ref. No. PMOOPG/E/2019/0595604 I HAVE NOT GET ANY SUPPORT FROM POLICE DEPT. & COURT. JUDGE SIR SAID I HAVE CLOSE THE CASE. मै गरीब आदमी हूँ , मेरे पास पैसे नही है . PLEASE HELP.
