New Public Management with its private sector methods in many fields has exhausted its potential and is more often criticized at present. New Governance with its openness, transparency, social responsibility and social justice is appearing on the stage at least theoretically. Do you consider New Governance ideas with its sociality as supplementary, or the opposite to New Public Management with its individualism?

All Government service done as per giving schedule. And received public trust then you handle public management. All people engage in own work then no issue created in any sector.

quality and accountability, and to the contingency of reform measures. Scholars of public administration frequently use the rather vague term of ‘post-NPM’ (cf. Christensen and Laegreid, 2007; De Vries and Nemec, 2013) to describe the overall reform picture, which has since created a hybridisation of both the public sector as such and the organisations operating within it.

Without doubt, the reality has always been much more complex than the NPM label suggested. NPM has been an umbrella concept covering various reform features. Pranams sir. Lot of crimes in the society is due to the social media and films. Actors are misguiding the students and Youths by wrong images about the government. Please make voting link in CPGRAMS to the public, about the social media and films. Actors are working for money but the PM and officials are working round the clock for making the country people for peaceful living. By implementing strict regulations against medias will make the country peaceful. Bharat Mata ki jai.jai hind.

Pranams sir. If possible, provide a separate link in CPGRAMS for registering women's problems like harassment and etc. It'll be more helpful for women to register their complaints freely. If any false complaints, related women should be given warning also. This will reduce the major problems for women.because somebody may not complain directly to the superiors or officials.
