About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

There are several points which I want to make Regarding management of Public Grievances on CPGRAMS portal. 1. There is should be redressal of matter and not just disposal of the issue. 2. Play the role of facilitatorof the issue, lack is jurisdiction seems just an excuse to common people they feel cheated when they are asked to take up their matter to some authority in which the jurisdiction lies. 3. The main point is that this is centralised portal so matter should start and end here only.

For mass participation by citizens on CPGRAMS, it's working should be propagated through all mass media, social media. People should know how easy, quick, efficient is the process

Hello,I had to share some big points on rape.now a days in our country the number of rapists and rapes are increasing on a major level.So,I had a suggestion to our respected government and respected Prime Minister to ensure a new law on the rape.I personally suggest that the rapist should be hang in publically.So,please make the new law on rape as fast as you can.Thank u

The Griviances should be categories before feeding in CPGRAMS portal as per the priority it will help the officers who will manage it to manage properly .
