STRESS FREE EXAM, REMEMBER these point. 1.Just BELIEVE in yourself that you can do & Those hard work will pay off. 2.Be Realx,Think about the exam day for that you did lot of hard work,It's not time to stress.It's time to show who really you are💪🏻 3.Believe in your capabilities,Don't listen anyone surround you. 4.Before exam, Do your fav.things it maybe watching movies,play games,songs & so on. 5.Have faith ki Exam tum pr bhaari nahi but tum us Pr bhaari hoge🔥✌🏻✨ 6.You are the champ✨

Exams and stress go side by side. But in reality students are not afraid of exams.they are afraid of the results and how they will be treated after that.it is important to make the students realise the importance of exams .Rather than planning to make the exams stress-free,it would be great if we make the learning process more interesting.lets not Just stuff young minds with heavy textbooks, which they just mug up.they should be helped to find their potential and guide them to career choices.

EASIEST WAY TO BEAT EXAM STRESS IN 10... * Watch a film, a TV show or listen to a podcast or comedian than makes you laugh. * Drink some herbal tea or a hot chocolate.. * A shower or a bath can help to relieve stress. * Cook or bake something. * Get some sleep.. * keep things in perspective.. * Avoid other stressed people...
