Sir i directly suggest you the practical solutions First During exams we fought battle from two front first with ourselves and second with ourselves in examhalls. 1.Check yourself where you stand and teach yourself what you study 2.While excessive boringness take a pen and paper and start writing about someone who you admire (I always write about Shahid BHAGAT SINGH) it release you from battleground for sometime to bounceback. 3.most importantly Eat enough,sleep enough, Refresh enough.

the emphasis till 8th std should be to get the students used to practical. they can be asked to check pollution through hand held device, effects of alcohol and tobacco and many health related diseases like malaria, dengue, typhoid, hepititis etc. basically what is necessary to live must be taught till 8th. from 9th they can pursue their interest.

The most important thing for stress free exams; is a vision among aspirants that exams is not a race but it is just a system to check how far you have learnt. One has to understand examination as, how far her ability stands and what more one can do to enhance her performance. One has to make her own plans about exam preparation, be discipline about them and explore more about the subject. Learning and practice of subject in real life matters more than ranks. Explore more than you score.

Being as an Assistant professor I am sharing my experience regarding stress free exam listed below. 1. We have to check the students knowledge by giving project or practical oriented method not only based on the theory exam. 2.We can conduct the open book test for check their conceptual knowledge. 3. Introduce the activity based teaching in classroom than regular chalk and talk method. 4. Implement the skill based lab ( Activity for each concepts) from primary to higher standard level.

आत्म विश्वास, लक्ष्य तय करें, सकारात्मक सोचें, अध्ययन के बाद शरीर को आराम दें, एकांत जगह में अध्ययन करें, नियमित योग व व्यायाम करें, पौष्टिक आहार लें वें

1. Before the exam start every students need to do breathing exercises for 10 min. that help them to reduce the stress. 2. Parents need counseling more then their children because parents put the benchmark for their children.

Always we have to give stress free exam If we take stress on study, mark, then it will make a pressure on mind of students and also made him mental. If he take burden of exam. Always think it is not a exam it is a challenge how we cross them .If anybody take stress of exam so her exam become a hard trouble and if he dont take stress he give exam better than all. We have to think instead of getting marks we got a new knowledge we have to think like that....

परीक्षा के तनाव के मूल में है - समाज और अभिभावकों की महत्त्वाकांक्षाएँ । जब तक नंबरों की दौड़ चलती रहेगी ,गलाकाट प्रतिस्पर्धा प्र्तियोगिता केस्वरूप पर हावी रहेगी,तब तक परीक्षा विद्यार्थियों के लिये चिंता और अवसाद का कारक बनी रहेगी।समझना ही होगा समाज को ....हर बालक एक स्वतंत्र इकाई है , उसमें भी एक बीज विद्यमान है जो पनपकर एक भव्य रूप ले सकता है।हर बालक को एक बँधे बँधाए आकार में नहीं ढाला जा सकता। ऑनलाइन एक्ज़ाम केरूप में परीक्षा के स्वरूप को बदलने की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो चुकी है।
