14) Take inputs from kids of all ages of schools and colleges as to what will help them in coping with exam stress. How can adults around them help them to feel stress free. Kids nowadays are very intelligent and outspoken, if asked they will tell u their problems and some might even give solutions. So plz ask them directly. 15) Favoritism shud be ended. Thanks.

what they want to specialise in. Like art, carpentry, technology, gardening, cooking etc. 10) Meditation, yoga or martial arts shud be mandatory. Any one form of art or sports shud be must. This will instill confidence in the child. 11) Teachers shud not tell students to be quiet in class, they shud encourage kids to ask questions or doubts and clarify them. 12) Classes shud be interactive, only then will it be fun. 13) Kids shud feel safe only then will they be able to give their full to study

The stress free exams should not be same for all the students ,along with the subjects which are in the state or central board syllabus ,we should include another subject for the students based on their choice of intrest .. it may be music, dance, singing, drawing, painting or of any form .. By keeping these type of exams students doesn't feel depressed and they didn't even think that they are losers...

7) Ask kids what is their ultimate objective in life, not parents objective. accordingly help them to chose subjects or method of education. 8) Educate kids according to their natural skill set. To cater to this, multiple education systems for specific skill set should be opened privately or by govt. 9) We need to accept that not every kid wants to study, some might have interest in other fields, they should be allowed to pursue that. Make education until 8th compulsory and then they can choose

3) Marking system should change from numbers to alphabetical grading. And grades should tell the expertise of kids about the topic and not their intelligence. 4) Repeat exam system for the kids who want to write exams again or who could not get passing marks. 5) Stop humiliating kids who don't score well or don't pass. Tell parents to do the same. 6) Give kids alternative subject if they are not able to excel any given subject.

Suggestions for stress free exams: 1) Explain parents and teach the importance of understanding the subjects rather than scoring high in exams. when parents stop putting pressure on kids to top the exams or else will face severe punishment, I think kids will be stress free. 2) Let kids choose the subjects of their interest and not parents. Use various Learning techniques to explain kids the logic and reasoning of topics rather than just one sided board pen teaching.

- Kids when in school should be observed keenly by parents and teachers for their area of interest. - Make the kids target oriented as per their interest field right from childhood days. - Focus on practical skills as per their area of interest - create clubs/ groups for different fields and guide them at least for two days in a week in two periods or on weekends - Compulsory yoga and martial arts on any of the weekday. Assign two periods for it.
