Be positive always and parents always appreciate their kids. And the second thing that do meditation half an hour daily. It's improve their studying and get positive response

Things to be kept in mind before, during and after the exams: 1) Give rest to your mind 2) Make a daily and weekly schedule. 3) Break the number of hours you want to study into three to four sessions. 4) Intake enough fluids. It keeps you refreshing. 5) Take a power nap of 5-10 minutes after every 50 minutes of study 6) Don't worry about the exam day. You'll fare well. 7) Don't panic if the paper is tough. It's tough for everyone. 8) Don't discuss about the paper.

Bisathi Bharath Enclosing the methods for Stress Free Exam:- 1)Parents should build confidence in their children. 2)Teachers should say that exams are only for our progress not a big game for life. 3)Everyone of us should need to say that "Exams will test your level of understanding not more than that" 4)Students should need to do "YOGA ,MEDITATION, PRANAYAMA or Follow their hobbies for relaxation". 5)Every person who is appearing for exam should have proper sleep and rest.
