I feel that the best way to have stress free exams is to just do your best and not think of the results. Many kids of my age take pressure on themselves of getting everything right in their exams. They think too much about the result and what would happen if they get less marks or fail in their exams. This tends to pressurise students (even me) and students end up having stress, anxiety during exams. Some kids also don’t study the full year and before the exam, they realise how much is left.
