Should the govt offices not work in two shifts-- 8 am to 4 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm. This is important as these offices work for only 8 hrs and remain closed for 16 hrs. How can a country make progress with offices remaining closed for 16 hrs? Two shifts will bring more efficiency, generate double employment and be cost-friendly. With offices closed lights are on, fans running. Many officers sit till late so AC too is working. Thus govt is paying bills for water, electricity while offices are shut.

This is summer time and temperatures are soaring. Every year hundreds of people die due to sun stroke. The most vulnerable sections of the society are construction workers, agricultural labourers. They must be given instructions to keep away from their work spots between 10 A.M to 4 P.M. The contractors must be instructed to change their working hours accordingly. They must be asked to wear white protective head gears and asked to drink plenty of water.

Cashless society has failed to be a reality.I live in Delhi and can quote numerous places and businessmen who deal in 'cash only'. If you insist on paying by card they will ask you to pay a heavy surcharge. It is clear that people are freely and openly creating and circulating Black Money. Why can't govt be strict in making cashless dealings mandatory. SUGGESTION: Remove surcharge on cards, go for universal prepaid RuPay card as payment option, swipe machine mandatory for all businessmen.

A very wrong custom has been observed by all in most of the Govt. offices that every morning they switch on all the lights and fans and ACs whether the people are there or not and they switch off them in the evening only. This is really a huge wastage of electricity. We can provide electricity to many villages if we would be able to save electricity in such a useless wastage. There must be some very strict rule even for time of switching on and off street lights in all the towns and cities.
