New Employment Area PESO - Competent Person - Criteria should be written Exam instead of only interview. Overall review of all competent persons. Atleast 50 experienced Engineers in each state to be employed. Railways: Three Engineers in between stations, who will monitor the safety of all the mechanical and electrical installation including bridges and monthly report to the divisional head Banking Sector : young people to be in front work. Employees above 50 years for support only.

हम क्यों ना एक नई पहल चलाए अपना और अपने परिवार के सदस्यों का जन्मदिवस अनाथालय में बच्चो के साथ या वृद्धाश्रम में बुजुर्गो साथ मनाए अगर आप इस देश में इस विषय को एक बार उठाएंगे तो लोग आगे आयेगे और बच्चो और बुजुर्गो को भी खुश होने। क मौका मिलेगा साथ ही साथ हम क्यों ना एक नई पहल चलाकर अनाथालय और वृद्धाश्रम को एक कर से इस से उं अनाथों को बुजुर्गो का सहारा मिलेगा साथ ही साथ उन बुजुर्गो को बच्चो। कपयार मिलेगा जिस से वो अब वंचित है आपसे विनती है ऐसे सामाजिक मुद्दों को जरूर उठाए

फास्ट ट्रैक कार्ड को अनिवार्य रूप से लागू कर देना चाइए जैसे आधार लिंकिंग किया गया है इस से सबसे मैन फायदा ये होगा कि टूल टैक्स में लगने वाली जाम के कारण बेकार। मेजलने वाली ईंधन में कमी आएगी जिससे देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को तो फायदा होगा ही साथ ही साथ पर्यावरण के प्रति हमारी प्रतिबद्धता पूरी दुनिया को दिखेगी

aaj her bhartiya achha janta hai.lekin achha kerna nahi chahta hai modiji ka bhakt bhi hai.saare kaam desh me sahi se ho jave chahta hai lekin koi apne hisse ki sewa nahi dena chahta hai.bhagvan se saari manokamnaen manvana nishchit samjhata hai lekin kartavya nahi chadhave ka laabh deker.kripya is sanderbh me agle MANN KI BAAT me nirakaran upay den.saari safalata isme sannihit hai.

Dear Sir,Under Mission "Empower"-New Civil Engineers can be trained as contractors and consultants in house building construction by Urban Development Ministry and given priority under PMAY/AMRUT/SMART CITIES,Railways,CPWD,MES etc, by relaxing govt contract regulations to to empower them.New Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to be trained as Solar Engineers and given opportunities under Solar Mission.New advocates be trained as mediators,arbitrators and legal aid providers to facilitate ADR

Good morning, Sir from my point of view first of all we should focus on adult education & unemployment because high cost of higher education is a very big problem for interested & poor student. i'm also suffering from this problem.

Dear Sir,Contrary to your statements in Parliament on 20/7,Even 25% of new Advocates or dentists are unable to start their own firm.The current system requires new advocates to work with seniors for paltry salary for atleast 5 years before they can start their own.Please start Mission Empower,to facilitate new Advocates,Dentists,Engineers to start on their own immediately after graduation by short term training and loans.Ministry of Justice can train new advocates under Prof NR Madhava Menon
