Dear Sir - Hear much about SMART cities, but not about actionable SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD initiatives that draw both societies (people) and governance (law&order) as a blanket facility to citizens. There's lot of ground to cover, with challenges to resolve, but like to request your assertion on this topic. Every other line item in news is another Nirbhaya case. Technology and policies can only take thus far, from execution should pick-up more actively. Realize though it's a tough challenge.

Respected Sir,Tata Institute of Social Science School of Vocational education is offering diploma, advanced diploma and B.Voc courses across the country where the main training is on the job and theory classes are conducted on weekends by private hub partners, request to instruct MHRD, Skill Development ministry to replicate this model which is likely to work very well across the country to produce skilled manpower, reduce unemployment and provide job opportunities for youth of the country

Respected sir. I am delighted to see in NITI Ayog website, future plans to completely transform the mobility in india by public transportation and electric vehicles, this will reduce pollution, reduce energy imports and save foreign exchange , sir please go ahead and implement the scheme on massive scale. For 1 person it is waste of money and energy to use a car. Please promote public transportation in a big way and discourage private cars for the future of India and to reduce pollution levels

Respected sir, For government jobs from peon to chief executive ask for skill certificates and not generic degree to faclitate skilling and reduce unemployment among youth.Arts and science degree to be made modular with exit skill certificates after each semester.Promote non formal education like AMIE and IGNOU distance learning courses in a big way to facilitate skills.PMKVY scheme is being run through franchising and placement rates are from 1.3% to 19.2% which implies scheme is a failure

Respected Sir, If government ask for any degree for most of government/psu/bank/railway jobs/ias etc and examine the job aspirants on english/General knowledge etc then persons are not interested in skills and they join coaching centre to get coaching to pass government jobs, so not interested in skills .Government contracts can ask the contractors to provide skill certified persons to atleast 60-70% so people will go to skill centre and get certified without these ,skill india may not work

Respected PM Sir, Skill Development schemes under NSDC and private sector skill development is a failure and huge money is been spent without achieving employability .I made comments on Sharad Prasad committe on skill development. But since that forum is closed. I am attaching my report to drastically change the engineering education system in india to modular system allowing trade certificate after 1st year, diploma in 2nd year,B.VOC in 3 year and B.Tech in 4th year only way to skillup youth
