Please start the compliance trainings of all employees (public and private sector/ small bussiness) according to their domain like person working in daycare has small document which he /she has the list of all things he should follow on the job? what to do in emergency situation? whom to report? this will ease the person who want to come for startups and skill development as they know what they want to learn

We have 50 % population of ladies who spent whole day at home just for cooking and take care of kids and their talent got wasted. Can we build up such chains of townships where we have area wise mess(as we have in army/hostels) to get home like food and day cares and other options that will bring the housewife to come out for job nearby. we should start from any of the metro city/township.this will change the mentality of people that after marriage cooking and kids /family are the priorities.

Respected Sir, Continuing the anecdotal hawker research, it is easy to assess that 33% of city garbage is generated by hawkers not because they are dirty, but because they have to hide. They can afford to keep space clean if it is allocated on terms thru auction & penalty. GPS digital technology can create revenue for every 25 or 50 sq ft that is earmarked. They are the backbone for working persons fresh and cooked food, and easily pay more than 100 crores a week bribe to hawk.

Respected Sir: As an anecdotal researcher on India centric issues, data seems to suggest that largest employment in India is self employment given the innovative nature of Indians. A greater study may confirm my estimate that more than a 100 million are directly & indirectly engaged in hawking. Sadly they are all considered illegal. If every town city can have GPS ear marked space auctioned annually as rental allocation; hawkers will be a revenue positive source of self employment.

I would suggest government should allocate 50% jobs to women and encourage all industries to do so, this way it will change the mentality of society that girl baby is wanted too, Government should make domestic violence law extremely strict. As government is going through Make in India project I have an idea of project call "Only in India" Such as fastest train, widest roads, innovation, safety, longest tunnel, least road accidents, I will come up with more Ideas my no. +61433261250.

Government should ban all dangerous chemicals mainly acid. There are thousands of innocent women got acid attack and ruined their lives those who did it should receive lifetime imprisonment. Government should only allow production of non-dangerous, non-toxic chemicals and more importantly environment friendly and natural chemicals. Another big issue is porn-movies should be banned it is ruining the society and reason behind the rapes and crimes. It sets ups the psychology of porn film
