Dear Modi ji, This is regarding engagement of employees on contractual basis in the govt.departments by the State for crucial positions. This system of engagement has not only led to job insecurity but also a varied other problems like late marriages, delayed childbirths & birth defects, improper nutrition, financial problems, imbalance in family life, work pressure and no overtime allowance, lack of social security benefits etc. Is there some way to abolish this system and give benefits?

With the worlds' largest youth population, it is urgent that steps are taken to incentivize them to contribute to the country's development. My suggestion, or rather request on behalf of freshers like me, is to start new job schemes for freshers in the government sectors, where they can be trained by experienced professionals. Further, a job portal for government vacancies with a measure to ensure fair job selection and curb the practice of nepotism will be a step in the right direction. Sreya

Dear Sir Every now and then we heard food/veg prices are gone too high (buyers unhappy) or too low (farmers unhappy). Why cant we fix a Minimum and maximum price of all food Vegitable items.Selling or buying price beyong the defined range should be publishable offence. This will help control the prices and make all happy.

Land for Solar Energy- Sir, Whenever we talk about solar , there is a constraint for land for big solar plant. instead of building a solar plant and then supply power, Govt can lease the solar panel directly to customer and he can pay it like a cheap loan (e.g. 250 Rs. per month with electricity bill for 250 watt panel or 500 Rs. per month with electricity bill for 500 watt panel). this way we would not need any land or transmission expense and supplier group will give warranty and maintenance.

Dear Sir, as we are initiated a great change by moving to digital currency or online transactions, it is experienced that the facilities are not available in our Govt and public offices. Like airport, schools, panchayat, EB, telecom etc. Sir, please make this as a mandatory requirement in all the offices. Also people are not willing to go for the online payment because of the surcharges taken by the banks. Can Govt take action against these banks who charges for digital transactions. Thank you!

Dear Sir, Excess urbanization is exploiting ground water at dangerous speed. To replenish the water table every house must have rainwater harvesting system. It should be an essential component of every Indian house to save our future. And it should be implemented strictly on floor, not only on papers... Regards, Sanjay

Dear PM, I am a resident of Mumbai & has seen deteriorating living condition in Mumbai city over last 30 years. Governing body like Mumbai Municipal Corpn is unable to do their duties for what so ever reason and I do not see much change in future too. There is strong need to look at independent body under state ministry who should control the basic infrastructure development of city like Mumbai.Pl explore the option of removing roads, building dept, sewage infra etc frm municipal body
