Respected sir, first of all thank u for leading India better than the best. sir , i would like to draw your attention on the subject that when ever there is a visit of any leader in any city , the speed breakers are removed from the route followed by the leader, but sir after the visit is over it takes months or even not, the speed breakers are reinstalled. there are many kids school,hospital located nearby. sir i request you to help the citizens specially the school going kids. thank you

Respected Sir, This is an humble request to review the decision of giving reservation in promotions in PSU and other Govt organisations. Promotion should be given competency basis only. Reservation will demotivate deserving people. Thankyou Atanu Bagchi

Kindly request the Prime Minister to appeal the citizens to plant one tree while the monsoon is expected upcoming June. So far with my pocket money I have planted 7 pongamia pinnata across my street and the very first plant I planted it on Aug 15th 2016 - For your kind reference please find the image and its growth.If every citizen takes care of one plant then the entire nation would be green. Its the time we save our planet and I hope in the upcomign Mann Ki Bath our PM would educate everyone

Inspired by the ideals of Swami Vivekananda and Sri Aurobindo, we are running a free residential school for rural underprivileged children and 'out of system' children. Our school is a result of 'Out of the box' thinking. This is running since 12 years. A new education system has evolved. I have written a detailed letter to you. respected Prime minister,you knows and now a days you doing many challenging change, I request you to change / stop this आरक्षण प्रथा and add to do Challenges, otherwise one day came and Generation Disappointed by you also, In a hope if you feel to make generation's secure future.

Sir, In continuation to my earlier post the suggestion 3 of online centralised systems will help for better control and monitoring. 4) Poverty/Slums- In case of poverty and growing slums in metropolitan cities which is mainly due to very less opportunities in individual states. I feel that if there is more focus put by individual states to improve tourism then lot of growth will happen and people will not put burden on metro cities Places like Singapore, Bangkok have only flourished on tourism.

Introduce performance based compensation, similar to private sector, for govt. employees in civil services as part of 7th or 8th pay commission. Remove the various fixed allowances/entitlements and introduce a variable component of monetary compensation, linked to performance on some established key measures such as security & crime control, health & education provision, cleanliness & environment preservation, quality of infrastructure & civic amenities, and judicial fairness. #MyGov #AIR
