As always, PM Narendra Modi looks forward to sharing his thoughts on themes and issues that matter to you. The Prime Minister invites you to share your ideas on topics he should address on the 38th Episode of Mann Ki Baat.

Send us your suggestions on the themes or issues you want the Prime Minister to speak about.

Contd... 3. Preparedness of GST Portal & IT refunds processing - 3.1. GST Portal -The Govt. has no right to charge the penalty on delayed submissions, until the portal is fully glitch-free. i, myself, had to pay a penalty of Rs.1000 as late fee, just because GST portal was not properly functional by the due date and I have mail confirmation also to that extent. 3.2 IT refunds processing - IT has to process a return in X days after it's filed by the Tax payer.Waiting for >4.5 months.

There is a matter of great concern which need your immediate attention. There are lacs of students aspiring and studying hard to become Charted Accountants. But they are unable to clear all the papers as per the requirement of the CA Institute. There remains a wide gap between a CA and an ordinary Accountant as those which are able to clear the intermediate but are unable to clear the final are left only as Accountant even though they have cleared 50% of the course & deserve spl attention.

Contd... 2. Building Toilets in home - Can you please first ask & ensure that, sufficient, good & hygienic toilets are available in ALL your central & state Govt. establishments? Currently, there are number of such public places,like; bus depot, railway stations, even metro stations, do not have them. Even in cities like; Bengaluru (I know, it's not a BJP governed state, but that should not be an excuse.) I can show you even in BJP rules states also.

Contd... have changed recently (i.e.more than 3-4 weeks back) and not updated !!! Just imagine, New India (largest non-life insurer) kind of PSU haven't been capable to make changes in 3 weeks?? and, on top of it, asking a senior citizen, aged 77 to come personally to office to submit insurance premium ??

Contd... major services available online or through apps. However, on other hand, very few PSUs are really offering proper & efficient online services. e.g. recently, my father (77) wanted to renew his mediclaim policy with New India Assurance through their online portal. He tried a lot to do it himself but could not find the right option.When he checked with the local office, he was told that, "you can't update it online & you have to visit our branch personally". Why?because,the premium rates

Respected Sir, For now, I would like to draw your attention to three glaring examples of anomalies in the governance of your Government in some areas, about which the Govt. has been advocating, emphasizing & embarrassing the common people of the country. However, it's not doing enough to ensure that your own Departments,PSUs & the relevant Govt. machinery is adequately prepared/ready for it. 1. ५. बड़े हाइवेज , जैसे की एक्सप्रेसवे पर लेन डिसिप्लिन का पालन सभी गाड़िया .... खासकर करके ट्रक करे ६. साल के अंत मैं , इन सभी चीजों का आकलन किया जाए और जिस शहर/तालुका इन सभी मापदंडो पर सबसे ज्यादा सुधर दिखाए उनको अवार्ड दिया जाए. आप अगर “मन की बात” कार्यक्रम के द्वारा इसका एलान करेंगे , तो सभी नागरिक जागरूकता के साथ इस आन्दोलन मैं साथ आयेंगे और हमारी सड़के ज्यादा सुरक्षित और सुचारू हो जायेंगी. आशा है आपको यह बात आज के दौर मैं प्रासंगिक लगेंगी . धन्यवाद. देश के ट्रैफिक के सन्दर्भ मैं , मेरे कुछ सुझाव इस प्रकार है : नागरिक अपना कर्तव्य निभाय , हेलमेट पहनकर व कार सीटबेल्ट लगा कर ,पुलिसकर्मी , इन सभी का strict पालन करवाए. नगर निगम / ग्राम पंचायत इस बात का ध्यान करे की उनके शेत्र मैं , सड़के ठीक हो और ऐसे सभी पॉइंट्स को चिन्हींत किया जाया जो की खतरनाक है ताकि होने वाले एक्सीडेंट कम हो सके.Over speeding के सभी केसेस को बहुत ध्यानपूर्वक लिया जाए और आदतन व्यक्तियों के प्रति सख्त करवाई की जाए. आदरणीय प्रधान्मंत्रीजी , सादर वन्दे ! मेरे नाम अभिजीत व्यास है , मूलतः इंदौर शहर का निवासी हु और पुणे मैं कार्यरत हु आपके आव्हान पर देश की जनता के सभी तबके ने “स्वच्छ भारत” अभियान मैं बद चढ़ कर हिस्सा लिया है , गर्व से कह सकता हु की मेरा शहर इंदौर इसमें पिछले वर्षा अव्वल रहा है . भारत को ऐसे ही एक आन्दोलन की आवश्यकता है ट्रैफिक मैं सुधर की , इस आन्दोलन मैं न सिर्फ नागरिक , बल्कि ट्रैफिक पुलिसकर्मी एवं नगर निगम व् ग्राम पंचायत भी हिस्सा ले सकती है (1/3)
