Sir, our youth after getting their basic education here are simply out of craze moving out of the country for higher studies. This is happening because of craze for a foreign degree and nothing else. They use the country's infrastructure and abandon the same for their foreign quest. I think we should discourage this by giving incentive to the youth that stay in the country and penalise the ones that leave the country for their craze. Whoever moves out of country seeking student visa should be taxed 10 percent of their estimated total expenditure abroad for such studies and the same should be utilised to give away stipend for the ones that are not able to find suitable employment after completing their studies here. Make them work for some government agency for this stipend till they find an employment. May be online work also is fine for them. Utilise youth for the work that is outsourced by government agencies. Support them for 1 year after graduation.

Stand up, be bold, and take the blame on your own shoulders. Do not go about throwing mud at other; for all the faults you suffer from, you are the sole and only cause.
