When young people don’t see the connection between what they learn and what they love to do, it’s hard to be motivated. Motivation can be implied in many impressions, from conversations about their skills, interests, and what can be achieved, to the introduction of activities which will nurture their raw abilities. Parents, teachers and other mentors in a person’s life can help motivate and encourage them by providing them with opportunities and understanding the alternative paths that can be chosen according to their skills and interests.

Youths are the backbone of a community. They are the promising dreamers possessing incredible potentials that could be transformed into a tangible accomplishment. Encouraging them with constructive motivation can extend hope and could illuminate their future outlook towards the world.

In today‘s world, many young adults are not ready to put in the amount of hard work it takes to succeed in life. More and more teens and young adults with great potential are performing relatively little to tap into their abilities and talents. Youth needs to consistently motivated to have high ambitions and perseverance for the same.

युवाओं को अपनी रुचि के अनुसार काम करने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाना चाहिए। कॉलेजों में विशेष रूप से सरकारी कॉलेज में शिक्षण के लिए नई कम कीमत वाली तकनीकों की शुरुआत की जानी चाहिए, क्योंकि कॉलेज के कौशल के बाद छात्रों को बाहर आना चाहिए, लेकिन केवल कुछ ही अध्ययनशील बाहर आते हैं इसलिए कॉलेज जाने वाले युवाओं पर विशेष ध्यान दें दी जानी चाहिए

HPM Shri Narendra Modi ji, #2 Youth Voter Participation is very much vital to shape the future of India. However, due to work they avoid going to vote on voting day. They don't want to go against the company requirements. If we take airports, airlines, gha, resturants, hotel, any other company, when they keep the operation keep going, the employees are made to come for duty. So what happens they skip vote. Their interest goes off. For e.g last two election when I voted early morning & came for duty, I checked with others, they said sir no we didn't vote and we are not going for vote as we have been asked to come for duty & after that it's tirey to go stand I line and vote. The youth are more alive than you, more idealistic than you and more inspired than you. If the world was guided by the young, the world would be a better place to live. Because they are in a certain level of high-energy compared to the other part of the humanity, it is just that every little thing that they do is little exaggerated.

As we are investing our time, resources and energies in transmitting informative knowledge, we have to invest a certain amount of time, energy and resources to inspire the youth. If this happens then the world would become a truly beautiful place.

One big thing that needs to happen with the youth and with everybody is that their identification with humanity should not be limited to just themselves, it should include a larger society and a larger world around them.

The youth is in a certain state of high energy and if there is no inspiration or proper guidance, that energy can very easily turn negative.
