The youth of today is increasingly becoming restless and struggling to remove the disparities. However, more efforts need to be put in, if we are to become free from the vicious circles of poverty, malnutrition, corruption, violence and unemployment. All these vices are still prevalent in the society, which are not allowing our great nation to function in its real spirit.

Presently period of time for executing project and getting it approved by govt is same ,including sanctions ,nocs etc because the staff of govt is too less compare to the quantity of projects applications for developments ,and also because of lengthy process ,unease of doing business ,also govt has copied system of five days a week adding to backlog of pending approvals ,then why not employ youth in govt more ,which serves dual purpose of employment ,expedite development ,encourage business / industry community ,save waste of money ,npas ,losses ,delays ,litigations ,sufferings of community ,inflation
