”युग का युवा मत देख दायें और बायें झोंक मत बगलें, अगर कुछ देखना है देख अपने वे वृषभ कन्धे जिन्हें देता चुनौती सामने तेरा खडा युग का जुआ ।” (जुआ उस लकड़ी को कहते हैं, जो हल चलाने के दौरान बैलों के कन्धों पर रखी जाती है ।) सचमुच यदि किसी देश का युवा वर्ग जाग जाए और रचनात्मक कार्यों में जुट जाए, तो उस देश को समृद्ध और उन्नत होने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता । इधर हाल के वर्षों में अन्ना हजारे के द्वारा भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध किए गए देशव्यापी आन्दोलन और दिल्ली में निर्भया काण्ड के बाद बलात्कार के कानून में परिवर्तन की माँग को लेकर एकजुट हुए देशभर के युवाओं ने यह सिद्ध कर दिया है कि आज भी भारत की युवा पीढी सोई नहीं है, उन्हें भी देश-दुनिया की उतनी ही चिन्ता है, जितनी देश के बड़े-बुजुर्गों को । देश के लिए यह भावना हितकर है, किन्तु प्रत्येक कार्य व संकल्प हेतु नैतिक व जीवन-मूल्य का होना अत्यावश्यक है ।

शुरू से ही युवाओं के प्रेरणा स्रोत रहे स्वामी विवेकानन्द का यह कथन राष्ट्र निर्माण में युवा शक्ति के महत्व को दर्शाता है और सचमुच स्वतन्त्रता संग्राम में मंगल पाण्डेय, लक्ष्मीबाई, भगतसिंह, सुभाषचन्द्र बोस, चन्द्रशेखर आजाद, अशफाक उल्ला खाँ, रामप्रसाद बिस्मिल, खुदीराम बोस आदि युवाओं ने अपना सर्वस्व न्यौछावर करके यह साबित कर दिया कि उनके लिए कुछ भी असम्भव नहीं । देशभक्ति की भावना से ओत-प्रोत भारतमाता की इन वीर और साहसी सन्तानों के सामने अंग्रेजों की एक न चली और उन्हें भारत छोड़कर जाना पड़ा । स्वतन्त्रता प्राप्ति के बाद भी भारत को अपने पड़ोसी देशों-पाकिस्तान एवं चीन द्वारा किए गए युद्धों का सामना करना पड़ा । देश पर अनावश्यक रूप से थोपे गए इन युद्धों के दौरान हमारी सेना के जवानों ने जिस वीरता और साहस का प्रदर्शन किया, उससे हम भारतीयों का मस्तक गर्व से ऊँचा उठ जाता है । कुछ वर्ष पूर्व हमारी सेना ने कारगिल में घुस आई पाकिस्तानी सेनाओं के भी छक्के छुड़ाए थे ।

Youth need Mentor online and offline. Youth need motivation and inspiration. I hope government will take steps.
