Today’s youth of India is a human resource not possessed by many nations at present. This treasure needs to be used for surpassing other nations in terms of the energy-level, intelligence, openness of mind, love for nature and empathy for fellow-citizens. They have immense scope to contribute to their motherland as she needs young people in every field of activity, be it agriculture, industry or services. The opportunities to train for the chosen vocation have expanded manifold and the national policy ensures that no gates are closed on the question of means. Today, the youth is empowered to directly interact with the Government through so many e-portals, gateways unimaginable earlier, to enforce policy-implementation. The whole nation has to work together to realise the dream of Swami Vivekananda. To reap the full benefit of the national effort, the youth are required to maintain focussed aspiration, willingness to work hard and above all, the strong desire to be useful to the nation.

Dear PM, When you address youth, what's the first thing that strikes in your mind? Age? M I RIght? If yes, answer the following: 1. UNEMPLOYMENT ALLOWANCE: — Max Age for this allowance is 40 Years. Kya aapke hisaab 40 se 60 ke beech ki age waale UNEMPLOYED nahi ho sakte? Jabki yahi wo Age Group hai jisko systematic tareeke se companies baahar ka raasta dikhaati hain aur fir wo log 30 years tak UNEMPLOYED rehte hain. THAT'S THE TIME WHEN THEY NEED THIS MONEY and THAT'S THE AGE GROUP WHICH YOU HAVE "STRATEGICALLY ELIMINATED". Why this benefit is not given to people who are between 40 to 60 years? 2. ATAL PENSION YOJNA; — Maximum Age for this scheme is 40 Years. — Kya aapke hisaab se 40 years ke baad ke logo ko mar jana chaahiye? Kya aapke desh me 40 se 60 years ke logo ke liye kuch nahi hai? Youth ka matalab kya hai? Retirement Age ka matalab kya hai? Pata hai aapko? A person who is working and below 60 years of age is categorised as a YOUTH but you IGNORE them. Wow

Dear PM, Thanks for giving us an opportunity to share our ideas with you over this platform. I would like to highlight one of the key problems Indian youth is facing. It’s every Indian’s dream to work in an reputed MNC and earn handsome salary. Somehow young talents manages to reach these companies and earn good as well. But then nature of work will be such that due to overpressure and overtime, there is no work life balance left. Due to such situation, person thinks to settle abroad with unmatched salary, better work life balance and medical facilities. There are problems like work -life balance, mental health, reasonable medical facilities, clearer environment which we should together work upon. Also, today’s generation is quite far from our culture and festivals. Christmas is more widely celebrated than our very own tulsi puja. EDM has taken over dholak, pizza has taken over chat, Hip hop has taken over our Bhangra, Paris designers has taken over shop wale masterji.
