Suggest to have Hobby schools Act for hobby education. Suggest to have New Youth Work Strategy with Youth Development Plan to respond more directly to actual needs & challenges in a variety of spheres of life and social inclusion, enhancing self confidence, participation in innovation, reducing risky behaviour, increased sense of responsibility, improve sense of well being, learning thru collective reflection, National level guidance, broaden their spectrum of experience, improving their transition from schools to employment.
