युवा किसी भी देश की सबसे बड़ी विरासत है और संसाधन भी । एक महान देश की सारी जिम्मेदारियां किसी देश की युवा पर निर्भर करती है, भारतीय युवा अपने कर्तव्य बोध के प्रति वर्तमान में काफी जागरूक हैं, हमारे देश के युवा स्वामी विवेकानंद से प्रेरणा लेते हैं, आज देश हित में आवश्यक हो जाता है की हमारा युवा वही कार्य करें जिससे देश को आगे बढ़ने में, देश के महान आदर्शों को प्राप्त करने में सबसे अधिक सहायता मिल सके।

Big MNCs should hire candidates who try to engage themselves with government. As I mentioned have a seperate portal for the youth to portray their talents. The interviewer should go through the candidate's profile here and then questions should be asked in regard to contributions made. LinkedIn profile links are shared with resume. Similarly every resume in future should have the link of this government portal link. Incapable bunch of youth will automatically be rejected. Then the youth will not have an opportunity to malign the government for unemployment. In the name of gender equality I have seen men getting suppressed in corporates. A day getting married or delivering baby is given importance and the men in the team are overburdened with workload of these females when they take leave. Please stop this. Men are also humans. They too are vulnerable for heart attacks & other health conditions. Please save both men & women from corporate clutches. Bring in some law to save our youth.

The defence personnel those who are at the nation border are young and courageous to defend anything by sacrificing themselves Youths must be guided property to attain their targets or goal. They must be given enough atmosphere to overcome their attitude must be given opportunity to build a great nation by utilising their ability and talent. They must be properly guided to grow in spritual and moral life. If opportunity arises or given the youth's tremendous force will change the world into upside down. Henceforth the visible tremendous energy and force must be utilised in proper and guided manner.
