Respected sir, I e listened your Mann ki baat.You have given 1 very interesting thing that one should keep a book and collect info on any topic of his/her interest from various medias.. Sir it is great idea. Recently i have given 10th std exam and 1 thing came in my mind sir.Why don't we keep a subject of a students interest means a topic which student like it.The student will have any topic of any thing.Which will make us more informative about a certain topic..

Time to convey people , going digital down not mean you have to be on mob through out the day to pass time . Proper utilisation of the product is the aim to make the progress in life. It's not good to waste time and neglect your assigned work . Security ,secrecy , loyalty , accountability to the organisation is a must. Children need to use it to learn for information gathering tools to improve their areas of interests. Forces should check misuse to avoid mishaps and for alertness.Use it wisely.

[continued from the last post] A small amount of Fear is a necessary as a motivation; therefore, distribute it to the whole year. The formula says start from day one, put in 3 hours of study every day, give 5 revisions before exams. Perhaps, Hon’P.M. would like to share it with his listeners in his ‘Man Ki Bath’

On the 26-03-16 on the TV Channel Chandana in ‘Hello Geleyare’ Programme, the guest a Students’ Counsellor, Dr Bharathi Singh, was speaking about the Examination tension, fear and stress and how to burst those ills. There was a lighter moment in the conversation when she spoke about distributing the anxiety to the whole of an academic year instead of accumulation to ‘just before the exams’ and gave a formula 1:3:5 to dispense fear. भई! हो गया J&K का विकास। सर, आप ये बताओ जिस देश में केवल सरकार बनने में ही सालों गुजर जाते है और फिर पांच साल बाद चुनाव होने लगते है। वो देश भला क्या करेगा, जहा हर समय चुनाव होते रहते है। जब यहाँ सरकार ही स्थिर नहीं है तो देश की स्थिति क्या सामान्य रहेगी। बस एक सरकारी नौकरी को छोड़ कर बाकि सब अस्थिर है। हम समझते है की यहाँ की राजनीती सब दिखावा है, आप सब एक जैसे ही है। ये बात हम समझते है आप समजते है पर ये जनता थोड़े ही समझती है। बस जो दिखाया जो बताया उसी पर बवाल खड़ा कर देती है।

महाशय, मुझे लगता है की भारत के IT professionals शायद data inheritance और data integration के बारे में काला अक्षर भैंस समान है। अगर आज 2016 में ऐसी तकनीक का उपयोग नहीं कर रहे तो डिग्री जप्त करलो उनकी। फ़िलहाल इसका उपयोग शायद केवल आधार कार्ड से जुड़े साईट ही कर रहे है, ncs, csc, digital locker, etc। State Govt. तो बस इस मामलें में पूरी तरह से अनपढ़ है। यही तरीका अगर state DGT करले तो हम आबाद हो जायेंगे।

सर, हमारे देश में उतने ही सरकारी अवकाश पड़ते है जितने की इस पृथ्वी पर देश बने है। और शायद यही वजह है किस एक फ़ाइल सालों साल किसी दफ़्तर के की कोने में पड़ी रहती है। समझ में नहीं आता की हमारी सरकार को और कितनी Hi-tech तकनीक चाहिए की ये अपना काम जल्द खत्म करे। जैसा की मैंने बताया था की NCVT ने ITI की aug 2013 बैच की मार्कशीट अभी भी जारी नहीं की। यहाँ अगर हम तकनीक की कमी बताते है, आज के समय में हमसे बड़ा मूर्ख पूरी दुनिया में नहीं होगा।

हम भी भारतीय रेल में 35 सालों से सफ़र कर रहे हैं। लेकिन आज तक एक बहुत बड़ी समस्या और जरूरत जिसकी तरफ किसी का ध्यान नहीं गया की रेलवे के हर बड़े स्टेशनों पर एक दवा की दुकान अवश्य होनी चाहिए। इससे कितने लोगों को सुविधा होगी इसका अंदाज़ा आपको नहीं होगा।

भई! मोदी जी आप तो बहुत कौशल विकास, श्रम और रोजगार की बात करते है। पर महाशय बड़े दुःख के साथ ये कहना पड़ रहा है की कमी हमारी नहीं बल्कि आपकी तरफ़ से है। हम तो कोई भी रोजगार कर लेंगे पर आप हमे कम से कम हमारे प्रशिक्षण का प्रमाण पत्र तो दीजिये। 9 माह बीत चुके है, ITI के चौथे सेमेस्टर की परीक्षा दिए हुए, पर न तो अभी अंक तालिका का कुछ पता है और न प्रमाण पत्र का। मैं Aug 2013 बैच की बात कर रहा हु नहीं तो आपके DGET और NCVT-MIS वाले कहेंगे सब कुछ तो 'Online'। जब सरकार ऐसी है तो जनता का क्या होगा।

महाशय, मुझे तो लगता है की भारतीय सरकार 'Online' शब्द का अर्थ ही नहीं समझती। कम से कम विदेश से आई इस महान् खोज़ का तो सम्मान करना सिखाइये अपने अफसरों को। 'Online RTI' जो हम लोग rtionline.gov.in की साईट पर आवेदन करते है, उसका तो सरकार ने मज़ाक बना रखा है। अगर कोई भी ईमानदार कर्मचारी पूरी तकनीक का उपयोग करे तो एक मामले को बस 10 min में ही निपटाया जा सकता है। भई, online का मतलब जानते भी है। इन्हें तो बस सरकारी कागज़ और भारतीय डाक सेवा के ख़र्च बढ़ाना है। e-mail तो इनके सब्दकोश में है ही नहीं।
