Dear Sir, Municiple authorities are there to clean the cities, still I have seen a lot of cities where cattles and dogs are moving on the roads and street making it the dirtiest. Please bring some law or give contract directly to private companies to keep the cities clean.I have seen in Kanpur, Jamnagar, Lalitpur UP. where streets and roads are their houses, we could not even go for a morning walk.

Sir, our fishermen have been facing continuous hardship and arrest while venturing out on sea especially with the Sri Lankan Security. The following idea may work. Every fisherman may be supplied with a Government Approved Instrument. While he goes for fishing, he carries the Instrument. In case he nears the boundary line, the Instrument will loudly beep flashing yellow light alerting him. If he further goes and crosses the line, red light will beep. He can come back. This I believe will help.
