Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has often shared his vision of building a new, AatmaNirbhar Bharat by the year 2022.

You may be aware that our great nation is now just 75 weeks away from the 75th Anniversary of Indian Independence (Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav).

To commemorate the monumental occasion, MyGov is launching an ‘Ideas Box’ to crowdsource ideas for a resurgent, Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

MyGov is a citizen engagement platform and has always been instrumental in engaging citizens of the country and seek their opinion to frame policies and shape various Government schemes and programs. अमृत महोत्सव द्वारा सरकार का एक प्रयास अच्छा है । परन्तु जब तक यह ग्रामीण परिवेश को फ़्लैग शिप के रूप स्वीकार नही करता तब तक इसके परिणाम अतुल्य भारत के लिए शुभ नही होगें।

आज़ प्रशंण था- मद्रास में होमरूल लीग की स्थापना करने वाली महिला का नाम किया है, उत्तर-श्रीमती एनी बेसेंट है, जिन्होंने होमरूल लीग, आन्दोलन का उद्देश्य ब्रिटिश साम्राज्य के रहते हुए संवैधानिक तरीके से स्वशासन को प्राप्त करना था/इस लीग के प्रमुख नेता बाल गंगाधर तिलक एवं श्रीमती एनी बेसेंट स्वराज्य की प्राप्ति के लिए तिलक ने,28-अप्रैल,1916 ई, को बेलगांव में होमरूल लीग की स्थापना की थी, इनके द्वारा स्थापित लीग का प्रभाव कनार्टक महाराष्ट्र (बम्बई को छोड़कर) मध्य प्रान्त एवं बरार तक फैला हुआ था/_

The 'Sir' culture in Government Offices hampers the free communication from juniors to seniors. It creates a bureaucratic culture. Many times, It also enhances ego inside the senior officials. It has been also observed recently in an AirIndia incident, where an order has been passed of by calling with first name rather than 'Sir'. The 'Sir' culture may be removed from all civilian jobs of Govt of India and staff may call each other by their first name irrespective of seniority or designation.

Government Employees are key for good governance. There should be enough motivational factors for government employees to deliver best of their services to general public. There should be merit based promotions for all cadres of employee. Career growth has been great motivational factor for masses. The promotions must be linked with one's performance apart from other factors.

पढ़ाई के साथ साथ रोजगार भी जरूरी है । अतः इसपर ज्यादा ध्यान दिया जाए १२+ के बाद कॉलेज में प्रवेश आते ही बच्चो को पार्ट टाइम वर्क भी दी जाए जिससे बच्चो का प्रेक्टिकल ज्ञान अधिक होगा जिससे भारत ज्यादा से ज्यादा आत्म निर्भर होगा । ऐसा करने में समय जरूर लगेगा पर कारगर सिद्ध होगा
