All renewable energy equipment and tools required tax exemption. Also need to spend for research and development of more efficient and economic equipment and tools. Solar, wind, waves , organic waste decomposition gas , etc all sources shall utilize. Electric car, goods vehicles, boats, small ships shall be utilize renewable energy. If government will publish the rate of buying renewable energy from producers will increase the investors in private sector.

As our country is situated in between the Torrid and Temperate zone where sunlight is more in comparison with wind energy, the use of renewable energy in most of the usages of daily consumption is inevitable. So the Govt. should encourage a budget for the implementation of renewable energy in both agriculture and industrial uses. This will not only help urban areas but also boon for the rural where electricity is a dream. This will also help to protect the environment and sustainable development

The potentiality of Solar Energy in this country is immense. we have almost 8 to 10 months of sunlight in every state of the Union. The Budget allocation for the Solar based power initiatives a good attempt to combat the traditional resources of power. The state government should honestly work in this field keeping in mind the population living in remote areas. The spirit of the Democratic values must first reflect in the eyes of those who are daily earners, the have not first.let plan and act.

To be truly environmentally conscious the government needs to provide subsidies to renewable energy costumer and decrease realince on fossil fuels as energy sourced from non-conventional source are usually expensive.
Now I discussed a point which related to our country.
Nirmala Sitharaman the Finance Minister while presenting the union budget 2020 in 21 Feb had stressed on reforming the distribution of network and introducing a large scale small metering .
