26th January is a day etched in the rich and glorious history of India.

MyGov invites all the volunteers of the MyGov family to suggest designs as well as themes that can be used by the Government of India to highlight the extent of work that has been done in the last few months. This messaging can vary from one zone to the other (example- different messaging for the North, South, Northeast etc.), thus enabling dissemination of zone-specific information.

Kindly, also share innovative ideas like creative videos, attractive e-posters, Whats App messages, catchy radio jingles on the above themes.

Let us make this Republic Day messaging more impactful and innovative so that it leaves a lasting impression of the celebrations of this momentous day and encourages all Indians to rededicate themselves to the cause of nation-building.

The best inputs will be shared with the Government of India and would be acknowledged by the Prime Minister.

As the money used in organising assembly elections in state could be used for development works of the peoples. We should create an independent post for fare audit of govt funds every year.

Sir why should not adopt system like USA. as our parliamentary elections are good. But we should get rid of assembly elections as these comes in every 8 months and huge expenditure is carried out by Indian election machinery. If we increase the nos of MPs in parliament so that they could easily reach their peoples. Also an independent body should be formed for strict audit of use of govt funds every year. And the money saved in MLA elections can be used for other development works.

In this way our government cannot improve the lives of our people and at the same time no job security to our people. I think we can make some changes so that companies can hire employees on contract but they should get paid more than 80% so that even if they loose their job that wont effect employee.I suggest take out this contract system so that Indian talent get full rewards to their work.

Companies promising that they will provide employment and getting benefits from the government. This is a very serious issue as most of the employees get paid only 30-40% from the actual amount what company pays to employee and this is no where concerned to companies as they terminate employees when ever they want with out any prior notice and problems or no need to pay compensation to the employee.

Dear Sir, I Just want to bring this to your notice that most of the Indian youth or Indian Talent is working on Contract basis, the same approach what USA follows in this way companies make lot of 't money and they don't to pay any amount to employee as he is a contract employee. The biggest challange is like US based saffing firms are in collaboration with Indian staffing Consultants and making big time by supplying cheap labour.Continue to read.....
