26th January is a day etched in the rich and glorious history of India.

MyGov invites all the volunteers of the MyGov family to suggest designs as well as themes that can be used by the Government of India to highlight the extent of work that has been done in the last few months. This messaging can vary from one zone to the other (example- different messaging for the North, South, Northeast etc.), thus enabling dissemination of zone-specific information.

Kindly, also share innovative ideas like creative videos, attractive e-posters, Whats App messages, catchy radio jingles on the above themes.

Let us make this Republic Day messaging more impactful and innovative so that it leaves a lasting impression of the celebrations of this momentous day and encourages all Indians to rededicate themselves to the cause of nation-building.

The best inputs will be shared with the Government of India and would be acknowledged by the Prime Minister.

Night Shelters: On Supreme Court directions, administration have installed night shelters across the Nation. Very few people are using it largely due to limited space and sanitation issues. It is better to develop bigger facilities and with few of them serving others on rotation and payment basis. There seats should be pre numbered and alotted by there cooperative every day. There should organize their DARBAR where top officials must visit. Spiritual development , Pranayan, and coop market..

The 6,800-tonne INS Kolkata, the largest-ever warship to be built in India, was commissioned in August 2014. The warship is country's biggest and most powerful guided missile-destroyer. The INS Kolkata is 60 per cent indigenous and has very good stealth capabilities and includes state-of-the-art surveillance and weapon systems.

Called the PARAM 800 and unveiled in 1991, PARAM stood for parallel machine. Living up to it's nomenclature of 'supreme', this machine, built indigenously by the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing , placed India second after USA in the field of supercomputing.

Also known as Mangalyaan, or Mars-Craft, this program by our very own space research organisation has been lauded as one of the most low cost but high functioning space missions till date. We can now proudly claim to be the only nation to reach Mars orbit on its first attempt. The brain behind the operation is actually credited to 14 scientists at ISRO.

Tejas, which was the name given to the aircraft, saw first flight in 2001. Our country's first self made light combat aircraft was built by HAL and developed by Dr. Koti. It was a result of the diminishing value of the country's soon to be obsolete Mig-21 fighter jets and, true to it's name, made our defence sector's future a lot more radiant.

Dear admin, could not understand, why have not you improved/reformed your subject groups of this open forum, yet? It still doesn't include much emphasized subjects by our visionary PM, like De-addiction, smart cities, connection of NRI's with India, our foreign policy, finance policy and new NITI Aayog, etc. People should be encouraged/ attracted to give opini/ suggestions/ comments over these hot & imp. issues on this site started by PM with high expectations. MUST PAY ATTENTION

I would request our honourable prime minister to honour our greatest ever hockey player...Dyanchand. He should have been given Bharat Ratna long back. But previous govt.never recognised his contribition to our country's pride.
