आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी केंद्र सरकार व् राज्य सरकार मैं युवा अनुबंध पर कार्य कर रहे है उन्हें स्थायी किया जाना चाहिए जब वो मेहनत कर रहे हैं तो उन्हें उसका फल मिलना चाहिए उस कार्यालय मैं काम करते करते उसे अनुभव भी हो जाता है, और उसकी उम्र भी निकल चुकी होती है अगर इस समय मैं उसे नौकरी से निकल दिया तो उसके साथ उसके परिवार पर भी असर पड़ता है, हम युवा युवा करते हैं वंही स्वयं उनका शोषण करवाते हैं.

This initiative is very good. violence has achieved very little and been more destructive. there is always a possibility of talks. if talks have disrupted in the earlier instance, does not mean they will never be fruitful. but i guess you can hold talks who want to have a resolve, most of the violent movements have turned into business of massacre and people involved are tools in the hands of forces who want to gain on political and economical ground.
