Allow weapon inheritance and let private players sell weapons in India. Let people fight and die. In some time a natural balanced will be resorted, when families see lots of blood bath. Then only disturbed areas will become peaceful. All other talks such as spreading awareness and brotherhood and religious freedom are nothing but nonsensical. Religious sects are the very base of violence. Second worst place after temples and mosques etc. are educational institution, where one is made cunning.

Youth should be indoctrinated in human values and reject things that are inconsistent with logic, like history should be taught not to glorify war and conquers but as proof that all they could achieve is bloodshed.

In disturbed areas cultural renaissance is needed, political and economic activities that youth take part in must follow a right cultural integration process, first youth from these areas need to rediscover themselves scientifically, then they can be supported to bring about socio-economic and political environment leading to peace and harmony with development.

In my school, my teacher always used to make the most notorious child as the monitor of the class. In the same way, we can make the most notorious youths as the ambassadors to promote peace and development in the country. Also, we should have at least one person from various religions available in every political party. Initially, there would be clashes among them but finally the spirit of being an Indian will definitely come to their mind.

In disturbed areas some youth may be chosen, (by word/para peace committee formed by teachers & doctors) those who engages themselves in their own work legally & peacefully may be projected, incorporated and appreciated as a role model and they will encourage others to be involved in creative work/developmental work under Govt scheme or help to choose suitable job, not necessary to pay for every case (good models) for involvement but appreciation for good work is important.

Young Parents to take their kids to all religious places - Temples, Mosques, Church, Gurudwara etc. Youth to volunteer for social causes, participate in any nation building activity by sparing time and energy, assist people in times of emergency (Floods/Riots) - thus take part in good and bad times. Youth should offer their time in Swachh Bharat, help the needy with skill development etc, connect them with people who can provide the required resources etc.

The local self government can integrate colleges and universities under its jurisdiction for introducing value based education. Emphasizing the values of simple living, love, sharing and concern for others and also to offer support for those who are in distress. Train the teachers to offer primary level counseling and refer them to appropriately equipped counseling centers. Create a forum for developing and evaluating the progress.
