Many people in our country are availing the government schemes and facilities who actually are not applicable for that. With the help of bogus or false documents, they are availing these schemes. The respective officers issue such bogus documents to them by taking money. On the other hand, the needy persons cannot avail the schemes and facilities because the officers do not get money from them. Thus, the needy remain unreached to the schemes. How will the government solve this problem?

Due to the universities’ careless paper checking, there is a loss of hard working students. Even many students are being victims of the suicides also. There is an urgent need to make the situation changed.

Election Commission should form a board with the branches all over the India so that the person who wishes to stand in election can be interviewed and examined by the board before the election. Thereafter, the ticket should be provided to him. People stand in election for becoming rich. But the one who wants to develop and serve country must be preferred.

Election commission should make some rules and regulations for the person standing in election. The ill-literate persons also stand in the election. There must be some educational criteria for the same. Even, there should be a rule for the elected ones. The one who has elected must give in writing that I will make the developments or complete the projects that are assigned to me.

A fine must be charged to the respective person. Many universities are ‘trading’ in such cases and earning money from the innocent students. There must be some sort of rules for preventing such serious mistakes. Many students are complaining about this problem. But no one is listening to them. Many universities are checking papers in a very careless manner.

When a student fails in a subject, he/she applies for the photocopy of answer sheet. He/she gets it by paying Rs.500/- . After that he/she claims for the marks that he/she has obtained by paying Rs.500/- again. Means total expenses including the application form is Rs. 1020/-(Both the forms of Rs. 10/- each). If the marks are increased in the verification process, the student does not get refund of the money that he/she had spent. It must be refunded by the university.
