Good morning US President and Indian Prime Minister. My query is regarding global warming due to ozone layer depletion. It is normally said by environmentalists that carbon dioxide emissions from earth surface are responsible for it. In my opinion carbon dioxide is too heavy to reach ozone layer. But light methane gas, mined out along with fossil fuels or generated from stagnant water in spacious dams can reach there. It is my hypothesis which needs testing. I expect experiments in this regard.

People in our society are indifferent to their responsibilities, duties and human values. As a result we are in front of unknown danger. Only proper education and mass awareness can control this situation. Is it not possible to deliver compulsory order to the pupils and teachers? Lastly is it not possible to spread moral education rapidly?

Dear Premiers, Polar ice melting / Global warming / Clean and Renewable energy / Ocean system collapse / Electronic & Nuclear Waste / Water degradation / Land rush / Biodiversity conservation / Increased human population / Resettlement & Rehabilitation / New technologies / Habitat Loss are top environmental issues.Although the Nodal agencies are making efforts to comply with Environmentally Sound Practices, still not done for efficient results. Suggest me, please, my part to do being Env.Expert
