Pravasi Bharatiya Divas has emerged as a wonderful forum to strengthen the bond between the diaspora and the people of India. It offers unlimited opportunities for India to gain from the skill and insight of the diaspora, who have been the pride of India across the world.

This forum seeks inputs on how to further sharpen the focus of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas for the overall development of India. Share your views on what more can be done to make the interaction between the NRIs and the Government more productive and impactful. How can India receive more investment not only from the diaspora but also from the world at large?

If you find global best practices of how various Governments have been innovatively engaging with their diaspora through such summits, you can share the same here too.

If we update each and every amount in the official internet site when some govt work is coming to ground level. Where every and each person will get to know this much amount has been sanction by central then state then district then block then block then panchayt then ground spot. And as well . so the villeger can claim they got this much amount and date, so no man can not make fool to public. Or anyone can track easily and get to know quality of work as per the sanction amount.

Namaskar--- Govt should confer the RIGHT TO RECORD HOW I AM DEALT AT THE GOVT OFFICES. Means every one shoould be given the right to record dealing of govt. Officer or officials. One is allowed to take camera man to the office with him to record how he is dealt there. Or a friend or him self in the mobile or camera. It is so easy n effective. It is beneficial to the govt. Officers and officials also no body can blame them false. I welcome any suggestion regarding this i can answer any query

2.there should be a cc camera surveillance room in every police station.Where it is recorded that how is the complainant attended there. Complainants should have right to get footage of that time. Otherwise police stations are becoming worst place for the common man and more than worst for women. 2.mobile jammers are not working in the jails which can break the network of criminals out side. media n public should have right to check it any time.

Namaskar, i am shouvik basu, i want to share a past event. in january 2014, an issue threatened the relationship between india & america. devyani khobragade issue. she & her father used all the powers they had to extract all they could, to have maximum wealth & advantage for themselves. in the end it required the administrative system of another country, to show them, how corrupt they were. i want to know, what is her present posting. we, indian nationals need to keep a track on these individuals

Respected Prime Minister. Thank you and your team for bringing in such an invaluable opportunity. My humble suggestions are: 1) For foreign investment, introduce and advertise investment sustainability/safeguard mechanism in addition to available opportunities 2) Raise decentralized Regional Investment Centers to guide NRIs in investment maters 3) Create a portal for investors that provides every government effort/regulation involved in the process, from idea conception to going public on BSE

Nàmaskar---- I want suggest some very simple but effective ideas to change the system. 1.Generally we see who is living a normal life no criminal case is registered against him. There should be a limit of 2 criminal cases against one person. As and when the 3rd criminal case is registered against same person case should be given to fast track court.one who is facing two criminal cases should be afraid of commuting third crime. Court will try it fast only if he is innocent will be released soon.

Job creation should be an all inclussive agenda (job for all) even if some one is less or not educated. for that MANREGA can be modified and all kind of job/labor must be included in that through a labor pool whereas 50% subsidy must be given given only for khetihar majdoori. this will reduce the burden of subsidy on the government and will ensure utilization of resources to maximum & surely reduce the corruption. given a chance i can provide detail presentation to this.

I want to know whether our posts are being read and what are the next steps that can be achieved by bringing NRIs from across the world together. I would like something concrete to come out this.
