Pravasi Bharatiya Divas has emerged as a wonderful forum to strengthen the bond between the diaspora and the people of India. It offers unlimited opportunities for India to gain from the skill and insight of the diaspora, who have been the pride of India across the world.

This forum seeks inputs on how to further sharpen the focus of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas for the overall development of India. Share your views on what more can be done to make the interaction between the NRIs and the Government more productive and impactful. How can India receive more investment not only from the diaspora but also from the world at large?

If you find global best practices of how various Governments have been innovatively engaging with their diaspora through such summits, you can share the same here too.

'Dental Tourism'......it is the tour from which NRI's can get low cost dental treatment across India while travelling. My point is we conduct such tours across India from which NRI's can get low cost treatment also they can enjoy the tour and also our economy may get a boost. There will be also job opportunities for new emerging dentists of India. In general this type of tour will be profitable to all and our NRI's will enjoy too.Such type of tours were arranged in several countries in past.

Its a great oppurtunities for NRIs to come back to India . Ur govt. should provide special for the Nrs so that they can invest more in India . They also want to invest in India. Provide them more SEZs &plz ease the process of FDI bcoz in India its very to invest by the NRIs, as the CEO of vodafone has already told its very difficult to do business in India. We should learn from China how they have attracted investers in their country.

The Health sector especially the Govt Medical colleges need to digitialized. so that doctor, pharmacy are all working in co-ordiantion & corruption in the field can be weeded out. Moreover the patients mediacl history will be properly preserved instead of stacking so many files wasting paper.

Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, I read almost all the suggestions below. I would like to add just one more suggestion here which will be useful (I think) to all those who are interested NRIs as well as Indians is that all the State Govt. Offices should work efficiently, on time and without delaying (for no reason) the work / support the applicant is expecting. Jai Hind.
