There are millions of highly qualified Indians who have served their entire lives at multi national companies abroad and are now living a retired life abroad. We must request these experts to come & share their knowledge and expertise with the students and teachers in India so that we can also learn from their experiences. Even if they can share their invaluable knowledge in their areas of expertise, it will serve as a great contribution towards educating and updating our students and teachers.

What should be provided at the conference?
1. The program should be organized in three different tracks as mentioned above so that the time spent by NRI is very much focused and goal oriented.
2. For each track, identify next steps support from government and private industry, ensure that trained staff is available for Q&A.
3. Proper small meeting places for people to meet
4. Ice breaking event for attendees to do the networking, open up.

In order to attract investments from and around the world, Pravasi Bharatiya Divas conference should provide a mechanism of better engagement at various levels between the government, private organizations (for profit and non-profit) and NRIs. My suggestion is more focused on how to organize Pravasi Bharatiya Divas conference, and I am dividing my post in multiple posts due to 500 char limitations.
The conference should be divided into three major tracks, described in my next posts....
