( 2 ) NRIs will come to India when invited- we should have no doubts. So far, Dec- Jan. months have been found to be highly favored due to long holidays + pleasant weather in India. When term 'bond' is used in this context [ not bondage] = It must be full of love, affection, liking, longing, homely feelings, free movements, ready acceptance here, ease of approach to higher officials- free of bureaucratic blockages- and replaced with "You are always welcome" demeanor etc-or feelings of wantedness

The beauty is, many of NRIs/ persons of Indian origin are riding two horses all the time. The nostalgia of native place is ever present, like umbilical-cord. So, the initiatives, if taken from their sides will have more teeth and cooperation. It should not seem as though it is one 'thrust' on to them. Ideas should be invited from NRIs to enhance bonds in the way they would like it to be.[ Very much like daughter-in-law having fond memories of mother's place and going there on silly reason?]

Please improve the services given by consulates in Australia. Consulates take their own sweet time to respond. Develop the tourist spot. Put the information on the website with food to be eaten, whether, security, vaccine need to be taken before coming to india. t

Get some individual or team of few innovators who can spread and work in different parts of our country and teach Indian people to make things for expanding a business. Group of small investments can also work in comparing to one big investor. Also, this will enable ppl to learn a lot of new things.

We should encourage the Economic Affairs in each Consulate in each country to play a more active role. They should have a database of professionals and business people residing in that country. From this database, the right people should be picked for these interactive sessions.
The Economic Affairs should also create a system of sharing updated info about India and different possibilities.

Make investment details on website. The site should have details of land available, location, infrastructure facility details, kind of investment / service opportunity/ industry setup details and Online "Expression of Interest" and "Approval" and bidding facility to get maximum investment for India. Pravasi Bharatiya should feel his value in India and should be given priority for investment. Similar to Aadarsh Gram Yojana, Pravasi should be given an opportunity to develop his village as CSR
