A balanced diet includes some specific healthy food groups under it : vegetables such as leafy greens, starchy vegetables, legumes like beans and peas, red and orange vegetables, and other like eggplants.

मैं एक आम नागरिक बोल रहा हूं पहले से ही भारत में पेट्रोल के दाम बढ़ने से आम नागरिक परेशान है जिससे कि भारत में वस्तुओं की दाम बढ़ गया है तथा विभिन्न क्षेत्रों का निजीकरण करने से अन्य सेवाओं भी महंगी हो गई है जैसे कि रेलवे का प्लेटफार्म अब 50 में मिलता है बैंकिंग सेवाएं भी निजीकरण के कारण महंगी हो जाएंगी वैसे ही जीवन जीना मुश्किल था अब निजीकरण के कारण और महंगी हो जाएंगी कोरना काल में वैसे ही परेशानी अधिक है निजी करण के कारण शिक्षा स्वास्थ्य रेलवे तथा बैंकिंग सेवाएं महंगी जाएंगे,लोकतंत्र हित नहीं

दुनिया का सबसे पॉष्टिक खाना जो निम्न है 1 रात की रोटी सुबह दूध मै मीड कर खाना सबसे पॉष्टिक माना गया है 2 चटनी के साथ रोटी खाना बहुत स्वदिस्ट लगती है 3 रात की रोटी को सुबह गर्म करके देशी घी और नमक लगा कर चाय के साथ खाना 4 खाना हमेशा हल्का गर्म ही खाना चाहिए ज्यादा गर्म खाना गलत माना गया है 5 सूर्य छिपने से पहले यदि आप भोजन करते है तो वह भोजन साध्विक भोजन की श्रेणी मै आता है 6 खाने के बाद गुड़ या मीठा खाना सबसे उत्तम कहा गया है 7 खाने का मूल मंत्र जब भूख लगे तब ही भोजन करे 8 कम खाये

(પાન નં 4)ઈસ તરહ આખિર મેં જાન બુજ કે કેસ મેં દેરિ કરકે કિસ તરહ સે પૈસા રોકા જા એ ઔર અગર દેના પડેતો દેરી કરકે દે ઔર ઉસમે પોસ્ટ કે સભિ અધિકારી સામેલ હે સબકો બઢતી મિલે ઉસ કે લિયે સબ અપના અપના ખેલ ખેલતે હે ભગવાન ઉન સભી અધિકારી કો સદબુધ્ધી દે ઐસી મેં ભગવાન કો સચ્ચે મન સે પ્રાર્થના કરતાં હુ.

Who is to be blamed for FCI procurement loot & wastage of lac crores /year ? Not seen 1 white paper or 1 person brought on road . Even today the harappan found of multigrain ladoo in rajasthan 3000 years & we had >75 years procrument of rice & wheat only from punjab / The pulses imported, The millets destroyed ?
