main healthy lufe ke liye kuch mahatvapurna baate bata rahi hoon- 1)subah subah tambe ke bartan ka pani piyen. 2)bhojan karne ke adhe ghante bad pani piyen. 3)bhojan karne ke bad 100-200 kadam chalen. 4)hari hari sabjiyan jaroor khayen.
