Create special division in government through out India such as NRI-VOLUNTEERS who would like to contribute their time and resources selflessly for various projects such as (a) Clean India (b) Skill India (c) Clean Ganga (d) Empower Rural India etc etc. This division will give some basic powers and recognition primarily to achieve main objectives of MPs, MLAs etc. The volunteers will contribute their time and resources without salary and will join with the existing projects of MPs and MLAs.
